Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective hygiene seals are intact.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
